West Brom striker Saido Berahino has held clear-the-air talks with his team-mates, says boss Tony Pulis.
Berahino, 22, had threatened to never play under Albion chairman Jeremy Peace again after the club rejected two deadline-day offers from Tottenham.
"It wasn't a meeting just about Saido, it was a meeting where Saido was in with the players where things got mentioned," said Pulis.
"It's not a case of backing him, they know he's a good player."
England Under-21s forward Berahino returned to the Baggies squad last week after a three-game absence, coming off the bench in the 0-0 draw with Southampton.
He is expected to be in contention to start in the West Midlands derby at Aston Villa on Saturday.
"We've had a meeting and it's exactly the same as I've told you, young people make mistakes," said Pulis.
"I think the players have had full rein, it's not like I've stopped them talking to Saido or pulled him to one side and put him in the corner."
